Run npx @freedmancapitalgroup/money install once to sign up via email (magic link, no password). Your API token is saved to ~/.claude-money/config.json. Use that token in any MCP-compatible AI client.

Each lane has its own funding criteria, disclosures, and capital sources. The residential lane is non-owner-occupied investor debt — DSCR / bridge / rental / investment-property. Owner-occupied consumer mortgages are a separate, narrower path — noted in the carve-out below.

FCG's general residential lane above is non-owner-occupied investor debt (DSCR / bridge / rental / investment-property) — business-purpose only, not TRID-regulated. Owner-occupied consumer mortgages — primary residence purchase or refinance — are a separate, narrower path: regulated under TRID/RESPA, handled only through a compliant referral/disclosure process to a licensed mortgage originator. If your deal is OO, tell us during intake and we'll route you to the right partner.

So I built the tooling inside the brokerage that should have existed. AI helps us sort the intake, package the file, and route it to the investor whose box actually fits. The brokerage still does the brokerage work — the tools just take the guesswork out.
